Order Placement

All orders are placed by filling out our order form, which specifies the details of your exam like the scope of work, deadline, and delivery terms to mention a few. You have the responsibility of providing us with accurate and complete information in each section of the form. We do not offer service by any means other than by request.

We do not hold any accounts for our clients. That means no registration is involved in the process of working with us. Meanwhile, should a client experience any problem with placing an order using the order form, they should contact us for immediate assistance with the process.

Order Payment

If you place an order with us, you agree to pay for our services. All services are paid for in advance, and we will only start to process your order after acknowledging your payment. We determine order prices using our pricing strategy. You can make payments using Debit cards, Payoneer, PayPal, Credit cards, or any other payment method accepted by the company.

Order Delivery

We are responsible for delivering the agreed service and meeting the agreed deadline. All deliverables are channelled via electronic channels, primarily email address. The customer is responsible for providing the specified delivery channel. However, we cannot be blamed for incorrect email addresses and numbers, spam filters, internet failure, and poor connectivity on the client's side. Meanwhile, any problems experienced with deliveries should be reported to us for immediate assistance.

Revisions

To fulfil our satisfaction guarantee, we provide free revisions to clients who feel that they need something tweaked on their exams. The customer, however, has to submit a revision request within two weeks. If this deadline has passed, you may have to pay for revisions or place a new order to have us edit your exam.

Confidential Information

Each information shared with us for the purpose of service is considered private information. Any other information will not treated as confidential information. Meanwhile, if you have any form of information that you wish to be posted on our website, you must first ask for permission, after which we'll evaluate such information for relevance before posting or declining it.

Fraudulent Transactions

We accept payments from credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other avenues. If you notice that someone has illegally used your bank details to make a payment to us, please contact us immediately for relevant assistance. We have a security department that will take care of the matter according to our terms of service and the law.

Meanwhile, if it comes to our attention that you have used someone else's bank information to make payments for our service, we will terminate the contract and charge you accordingly. We aim to be transparent in all our operations and expect our clients to be trustworthy, too.
